It should seem inevitable that conflicts arising from the users of the Internet and online services and the providers of the online services and the federal government. In light of recent events, online services, such as AOL, can read, destroy, and disclose the contents of electronic mail to ANYONE at ANYTIME. If the mail has a file attached to it, AOL has the right to download it. Online services like AOL which offer Internet services can block who you can send mail to, or which sites you can FTP to. AOL can terminate your account for any reason, at any time and they do not have inform you. If you should feel you have been wronged by AOL, and sue, you have to pay their legal costs (it is in the online contract you agree to by signing on).

What to do about this? Steal or hack an account. It is illegal to hack an account but it is not illegal to hijack an account. It is, however, against the AOL terms of service to hijack an account. I encourage you to hack accounts, and that is why I am writing this, so you will have the information you need to steal or hack an account. I encourage you to hack an account versus stealing one, I would rather see AOL paying for your hacking than some person who doesn‚Äôt have a clue.

Wondering what laws you break by hacking an account? The Communications Act of 1986 clearly states that it is illegal to intentionally give false information to the operators of a bulletin board or online service. Since when you hack an account, you are not providing your real name, address, phone numbers, or a real  billing information.

If you cannot protect yourself you deserve whatever happens to you. This applies to people and companies. If AOL cannot protect itself from your hacking, then it deserves to be hacked. Likewise, if you cannot hack properly LEARN so you DO NOT get caught. If you cannot hack properly, you deserve to get caught.
